Overview
Evanthys ("we", "our", or "us") operates https://evanthys.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We are committed to handling your data with transparency and care.
This policy applies to the Evanthys marketing website only. It does not apply to data processed on behalf of our clients through the Evanthys platform, which is governed by separate data processing agreements.
Information We Collect
We collect two types of information through this website:
Information you provide voluntarily
- Name and business email address submitted through our contact or demo request form.
- Any message or inquiry you include in that form.
Information collected automatically (with your consent)
- Pages visited, time on page, and navigation path (via Google Analytics).
- Approximate geographic location derived from IP address.
- Device type, browser, and operating system.
- Referral source — how you found our site (e.g., a search engine or ad).
- Ad interaction data used to measure campaign performance (via Google Ads / AW-11563953909).
Automatic data collection only occurs after you accept cookies through our cookie consent banner. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set.
Cookies and Tracking
We use the following third-party services that may set cookies on your device:
- Google Analytics — measures website traffic and user behavior.
- Google Ads (AW-11563953909) — measures conversions from our advertising campaigns.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which means no tracking cookies are set until you explicitly accept. If you decline, Google still receives anonymous, aggregated signals (cookieless measurement) that cannot identify you individually.
You may change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for https://evanthys.com and reloading the page to see the consent banner again. You can also disable cookies entirely through your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics across all sites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries.
- To understand how visitors navigate our site and improve the content and experience.
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Form submissions (name, email, message) are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications — typically up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our account configuration.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information.
- Opt-out — withdraw consent for cookies at any time.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@evanthys.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Healthcare Data Note
Evanthys is a healthcare technology company. Our platform — used by our clients to process patient billing data — operates under strict Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and complies with HIPAA. However, this website does not process Protected Health Information (PHI) of any kind. No PHI is collected through this site.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
